We are located on the first floor of the beautiful US Bank Center in the heart of downtown Seattle. Fathom Studio is half production office and half photography studio.

Fathom Studio is located on the first floor of USBC, right next to the escalator.

Load-In + Parking Instructions: The loading dock is available via two garage ramps, one at 6th Ave and one at Union. Look for the blue “P” parking sign and the USBC parking sign. It is after the WAC garage. Both entry lanes centrally meet at the loading dock before going further into the parking garage. Vendors are free to use the loading dock and we will coordinate with the dock master to provide you with priority

• We ask that you load/unload and then move into the lower garage (if you are under the max height of 6'8”).

• You will need to pay for parking.

• Preferred loading spots are the spaces closest to the elevator (bay 4-6), but the dockmaster will direct you to the best spots at the time.

NO LOUD MUSIC. At this time, we are not set up for live music shoots.

NO SMOKING.

NO ANIMALS/PETS.

NO GLITTER!

Guests MUST put all equipment back to where they found it when they entered. We will charge a studio reset fee if this is not done.

Guests MUST TAKE ALL TRASH with them before they leave. We will charge a trash disposal fee if this is not done.

Make sure to clean the studio before the end of your booking. We will charge a cleaning fee if this is not done.
