Bryn Rose Quarles Cocktail Co. is a beverage company in Seattle, Washington creating individually bottled and hand-mixed cocktails that feature a twist on the classics. The company curates ingredients from local growers and socially- conscious brands that are extremely fresh, handcrafted, approachable.


Founder and innovative mixologist, Bryn Rose Quarles, began bottling handcrafted cocktails from her own unique recipes during the global pandemic in 2020 as a way to bring craft cocktails to people’s homes. Years of working in high-end restaurants and expertise in ingredient pairings from a long line of spirit connoisseurs that passed down recipes and knowledge through the generations gave her effortless intuition for creating flavor pairings that are equally innovative as they are delicious.
