Craft N/A Beer paired with Crafted Wakeboards. Cheers!

From the masterminds at Best Day Brewing comes “Can You Ride It,” an anything-but-a-wakeboard competition out on the wild waves of Seafair 2025. This event hosted over 15 wakeboard riders challenged with creating a craft that could withstand a daring ride out on the water without sinking. From a rocking horse, to a couch, to waterskis crafted out of tennis rackets, we loved overseeing the event coordination and media strategy for this event. 

The task at hand? Create an unforgettable experience for Best Day’s VIP tent and guests watching the craft competition. Fathom came on as event coordinators to oversee all things hospitality and live-show production. We brought along a team of 12+ bartenders to support in passing out free Best Day Brewing N/A Beer to Seafair attendees throughout the weekend.

Additionally, our team oversaw the hospitality and logistics of the Best Day VIP tent. Hosting 200+ guests, we partnered with some of our favorite bakeries, restaurants, and bars in the city to keep people fed all day. 

On land and water, our team coordinated all tech and show logistics for this fast-paced competition, keeping our judges, hosts, and guests engaged with all of the action. Finally, Fathom put together a team of videographers and photographers to capture the day in its full glory. From conceptualization to delivery, we love the chance to not only plan an event, but to capture media content that lives on for years to come.
